I have owned and kept a boat here on Roatan for the past 10 years. You cannot truly appreciate the beauty of the island and the surrounding Bay Islands without a boat. It was always a HUGE hassle and next to impossible to store and maintain a boat here on the island. Full time slip rental on the islands 2 marinas are VERY expensive and there is no “inside” storage option available to protect your investment from the elements. Not to mention issues with security.

In 2019, a 3 acre tract of land became available literally next door to Gibson Bight Marina.  I originally purchased the land for my own boat storage use, but quickly decided to build out the property with as many storage units that would fit – 14 total.  Knowing that this was truly needed on the island.
